SHIPPING
Orders will always be shipped as soon as possible.
All scarves comes packaged in colorful paper gift boxes and scrunchies in organza bags. All items are shipped in paper-padded mailers made from recycled content.
We do ship internationally. Please choose your country when checking out. Shipping varies based on the country and will be added once you have entered in your information. International orders can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks to receive depending on the destination. Due to Covid-19 it may also take longer than this.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Johanne Teigen Scarves is not responsible for things lost or stolen in the mail.
RETURN POLICY
We allow returns in the first 14 days after you receive your order. During this time, you may exchange your items for a different style, size, or money back.

If items are damaged when they arrive, please let me know as soon as you receive them, the damaged items will then be replaced if it was my fault.
